The South Valley Tour 2018. The Arts consortium is offering an exclusive behind–the-scenes look into the world of local artists April 14th. &15th. 2018. Over the course of two days, numerous Tulare County artists will open their personal studio doors to the public, demonstrating their individual creative processes and sharing different phases and facets of their work. Ticket holders can ask questions, watch artists in action, and build a more personalized relationship with the creative forces in our community. The Porterville Art Association Will be open featuring Jeanette Brewer, Carol Byker, George Tanimoto and other Association members plus seven other artists here in Porterville and Springville will open their studios: Joy Collier, Joy Harvey, and- Steven Ball whose studio will include Bill and Susie Bishop, and Ron Zanini’s workshop with Francis Pyles.
