Pacific Eastward Development LLC (PED) is a precision additive manufacturing company in formation, headquartered in Porterville, California. PED’s mission is to manufacture components that meet defense quality requirements for the U.S. defense industrial base and federal agencies — and to build the workforce that runs it.
The defense industrial base needs domestic suppliers it can trust. Supply chain disruptions, adversarial manufacturing dependencies, and the urgent push for Made-in-America production have created a clear, funded demand for what PED is building.
This is a manufacturing company, not a concept. We are raising capital, securing a facility, procuring equipment, pursuing certifications, and building a workforce pipeline — in Porterville, for Porterville, because Porterville is strategically positioned to win.
